Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview: Loot Rentals is hiring for a full-time, entry-level Sales and Marketing Coordinator at our ATX location! This position will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director. The ideal candidate will bring energy and warmth to the Loot showroom, supporting both sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for front-desk and reception duties, including but not limited to phone calls, client greetings, and ensuring a warm and polished experience
  • Maintain a clean, styled, stocked, and inviting showroom environment
  • Assist in updating HubSpot CRM to support accurate client tracking
  • Manage internal loyalty program and client gifting, including but not limited to shipping and mailing
  • Assist the sales and marketing team with any administrative tasks, content needs, and/or special projects as assigned

  • Some college coursework

Compensation:


  • $50,000/annually, exempt
