Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves extensive fieldwork, meeting clients, building relationships, and promoting our products/services to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, energetic, and capable of meeting sales targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit prospective clients and existing customers in assigned territory.
• Promote and sell products/services to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and market visits.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collect feedback and market intelligence for continuous improvement.
• Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and trade shows.
• Maintain and submit daily reports on sales activities, visits, and client feedback.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement local strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales or field marketing (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within the region.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
• Two-wheeler or vehicle (preferred, depending on region).
