Duties

  • Assist in developing and executing social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Support content creation efforts by designing graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite, writing compelling copy, and managing content calendars.
  • Conduct keyword research using SEO tools to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
  • Help manage our website using WordPress and other content management systems, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Contribute to SEO initiatives by analyzing website performance with Google Analytics and implementing on-page SEO best practices.
  • Support paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Assist in email marketing campaigns by creating engaging newsletters and tracking performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate on conversion optimization efforts by analyzing user behavior data to improve landing pages and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Support marketing automation initiatives to streamline outreach efforts and nurture leads effectively.
  • Participate in market research activities to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities in B2B (business-to-business) marketing.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and recommend actionable insights for future campaigns.

Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a similar field.
  • Prior experience or coursework involving digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, social media management or content creation is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, Google Ads/AdWords, Facebook Advertising platform, and marketing automation software is highly desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or SQL is a plus for supporting website optimization efforts.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging copy for various channels.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform decision-making.
  • Enthusiastic team player with excellent organizational skills who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
