Sales and Marketing Manager

Precision Tube Bending, an aerospace metal fabrication company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate should have a manufacturing background with aerospace sales experience. This position will report to the General Manager and is an in-office role.

The position involves direct sales responsibilities along with the development and implementation of strategies for all sales and marketing activities to grow revenue.

The qualified individual must demonstrate a high level of energy and self-motivation and possess the skills to develop trust relationships with existing and prospective customer contacts. They should also demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, contract management, and exhibit a professional appearance. This is an in-office role.

The ideal candidate should have a manufacturing background within aerospace sales experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Ability to establish goals and objectives to achieve sales targets.

· Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

· Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

· Develop and implement a marketing strategy.

· Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.

· Set, monitor, and report on team goals

· Provides leadership, support, and collaborative focus to the sales effort.

· Commitment to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Travels for Sales related activities.

· Self-motivated professional attitude.

· Strong presentation, analytical and customer service skills complimented by a solutions-oriented track record.

· Manage customer communication methods – customer portals

· Protect proprietary data of the company

· Proficient on ERP/MRP Software and Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel.

· Continuous improvement driven.

· Professional appearance and demeanor.

Education/Experience:

• 5+ years Sales Management/Director experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Aviation/Govt/Military markets experience desired
• Previous experience or certification in US Export controls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
