Roles & Responsibilities:

Core responsibilities

Strategy development: Creating and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet business objectives.

Market research: Identifying consumer requirements, understanding market trends, and monitoring competitors to find new opportunities.

Campaign management: Designing, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media and email.

Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, handling inquiries, and addressing complaints.

Sales activities: Generating leads, presenting products, negotiating deals, and closing sales.

Budget and performance analysis: Managing marketing budgets, tracking expenditures, analyzing performance metrics, and reporting on results.

Team management: Recruiting, training, and coaching sales and marketing staff to achieve team goals.

Key skills

Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for communicating with team members, clients, and management.

Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and use insights to refine strategies.

Leadership: Guiding and motivating sales and marketing teams to meet objectives.

Project management: Managing multiple tasks and projects effectively, especially in a fast-paced environment.

Digital marketing: Proficiency in tools and techniques like CRM software, social media management, SEO, and email marketing is often required.

Negotiation: Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals and build client rapport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
