We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Assistant to support our sales team in promoting and coordinating our technical services, fit-out, and renovation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of construction or renovation services, and a passion for delivering excellent client support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and project documentation.
  • Handle client inquiries through calls, emails, and visits.
  • Coordinate with the operations and technical teams for site visits, project updates, and scheduling.
  • Maintain client databases and track leads and follow-ups.
  • Support in preparing marketing materials and maintaining social media pages.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and the company.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support (preferably in technical or construction industry).
  • Knowledge of fit-out, renovation, or maintenance services is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Team player with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
