LittleUrbs is a leading provider of innovative container spaces — from farmhouses and resorts to modern office structures. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our core team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Assistant who can take charge of our sales pipeline, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Management

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads professionally.
  • Explain product offerings and guide clients in selecting the right container model.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.

Quotation & Pricing

  • Prepare accurate quotations and pricing breakdowns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure pricing aligns with business goals.
  • Maintain records of quotations, follow-ups, and client decisions.

Basic Accounts & Order Coordination

  • Assist in handling invoices, purchase orders, and payments follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team for material purchasing.
  • Maintain basic financial records and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in sales, client handling, or related roles (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Tally or other accounting tools is a bonus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
