Job Description:

Inkling Marketing is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Assistant to join our team in Vaishali Nagar. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. As a Sales Assistant, you will support the sales team, help manage client queries, and contribute to building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in daily operations and client handling
• Communicate with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Maintain and update client databases and sales records
• Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Help prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports
• Support in managing customer inquiries and providing basic product/service information
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the client experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of marketing or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Freshers can apply
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus

Working Hours:

• Full-time (Monday to Saturday)
