Sales Assistant

Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Sales Assistant for our Star Bottles Marketing Office in Ernakulam.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the marketing office and explain product features.
• Assist clients with product selection based on their needs.
• Maintain product display areas in a neat and attractive manner.
• Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
• Coordinate with store, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
• Maintain basic sales records and daily customer visit logs.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities as required.

Requirements

• Education: B.com/BBA/MBA
• Experience: 0–2 years in sales or customer handling (FMCG/retail/Packaging filed experience added advantage).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp communication, CRM entry preferred).
• Customer-friendly attitude with willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates located in or near Ernakulam.
• Female candidates preferred for this role.
• Candidates with two-wheeler and valid driving license will have added advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
