Sales Assistant Intern – Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in identifying leads and contacting potential customers.
  • Support daily sales operations, including calls, follow-ups, and lead qualification.
  • Maintain and update sales reports, customer lists, and tracking sheets.
  • Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and product/service briefs.
  • Provide customer support by answering basic queries and directing them to the right team.
  • Coordinate with marketing and business development teams for campaigns and promotions.
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings, demos, or client interactions.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools (or willingness to learn).
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
  • Confident, motivated, and comfortable talking to customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
