Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and meet their needs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products to enhance customer service.
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and achieve store targets.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Participate in sales training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and recommend appropriate products to customers.
• Process customer transactions using point of sale systems efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and loss prevention activities.
• Provide feedback to management on customer perceptions and sales barriers.
• Support promotional activities and in store events to increase customer engagement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Associate or similar role in retail.
• Excellent communication skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask effectively.
