We are hiring for a role within the Professional Services sector—Management Consulting & Business Services—supporting on-site client-facing engagements and retail-driven operations across the UAE. This on-site Sales Associate role is ideal for high-energy performers who can represent business services and product offerings, drive conversions, and deliver excellent in-person customer experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

Engage customers proactively on-site to understand needs, recommend solutions, and close sales to meet daily and monthly targets.

Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately—process sales, returns, and handle cash/card transactions with strict reconciliation.

Maintain merchandising and presentation standards: restock, organize displays, and implement promotional setups to maximise conversion.

Log customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM; qualify leads and coordinate handoffs to account teams for complex enquiries.

Support inventory control: receive goods, perform cycle counts, report discrepancies, and assist with stock transfers.

Resolve customer issues onsite with professionalism and escalate when necessary to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

Proven experience in retail or on-site sales roles with measurable results.

Familiarity operating Point-of-Sale systems and handling cash/card transactions.

Practical experience using CRM software to track leads and customer interactions.

Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency for sales reporting and inventory checks.

Valid UAE work authorization and ability to work on-site according to shift schedules.

Customer-facing professionalism with a strong focus on delivering service excellence.

Prior exposure to retail merchandising or visual merchandising standards.

Multilingual ability, particularly Arabic, to support diverse UAE customer base.
