Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell broadband internet and cable TV packages to new and existing customers.
- Visit assigned areas/markets to identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain service plans, pricing, installation process, and offers clearly to customers.
- Maintain strong product knowledge on broadband speed options, channel packages, add-ons, and ongoing promotions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Follow up with customers for documentation and installation coordination.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and conversions.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries related to plans or installation.
- Participate in marketing/awareness activities such as door-to-door promotions, local events, and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional brand image.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass; diploma or degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or field sales (freshers may apply).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans.
- Basic knowledge of broadband and cable TV services is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in the field and meet daily sales targets.
- Must be hardworking, customer-friendly, and result-oriented.
