We aspire to inspire and empower self-expression through safe body piercings. Your job will be to provide exceptional customer service and help drive sales. You will also get exclusive discounts on body piercings and body jewelry.

Key responsibilities

· Greet customers with a friendly attitude as they enter the shop.

· Answer phone calls and demonstrate knowledge of store policies and other requirements by helping customers with any questions they have.

· Provide excellent customer service through friendly interactions and positive attitude.

· Keep the shop clean by wiping down counters, cleaning floors, and disposing of trash.

· Stock inventory as needed and organize displays.

· Complete daily tasks that are given to you each shift.

· Operate POS.

· Work collaboratively with other team members.

· Help customers prepare any required paperwork before receiving a body piercing.

Requirements:

· Previous retail or customer service experience.

· Responsibility is key. You are expected to show up on time and to every shift which you are scheduled for.

· Must be able to multi-task.

· Must be enthusiastic and engaging with clients while deciding what to get.

· Must have great style and be detail oriented.

· Must be able to accept any criticism with respect and grace.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
