Sales Associate

Espino’s Tires is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. If you’re good with people, know how to keep the energy right, and can help customers find exactly what they need, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and help them find the right tires, services, and products
• Break down product options in a clear, friendly way
• Prepare quotes, ring up sales, and handle payments accurately
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Work with the team to maintain smooth daily operations
• Learn product details so you can recommend the best options

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Confidence when talking to customers
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Reliability — showing up and handling business
• Sales experience is a plus but not required — we’ll train you!
