Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential buyers through calls, meetings, and walk-ins.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties/projects.
- Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure conversions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and update customer databases (CRM) regularly.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
- Assist clients with booking formalities, documentation, and payment processes.
- Participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle client objections professionally.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
