Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential buyers through calls, meetings, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties/projects.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure conversions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage and update customer databases (CRM) regularly.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
  • Assist clients with booking formalities, documentation, and payment processes.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client objections professionally.
  • Good presentation and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
