**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate and Social Media Assistant who is passionate about hair extensions and possesses strong social media skills. This dual role involves providing exceptional customer service while effectively promoting our brand online through engaging content and influencer partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Sales Associate Duties:**

- Greet and assist customers in-store, providing expert knowledge on hair extensions and styles.

- Understand and showcase products, including lace bundles, frontals, closures, and wigs.

- Process transactions accurately and manage inventory.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

**Social Media Assistant Duties:**

- Develop and implement engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

- Take high-quality photos and videos of products, ensuring they reflect the brand's standards.

- Create social media posts that promote products, sales, and brand events.

- Manage influencer partnerships, including outreach, collaboration, and follow-ups.

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to improve content strategy.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in hair extensions or beauty products.

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

- Proficient in photography and videography, with a good eye for aesthetics.

- Experience with influencer management and understanding of collaboration processes.

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
