🔹 Job Responsibilities:

Generate sales and ensure timely deal closures.

Develop strong product knowledge and be able to brief investors effectively.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, meetings, closings).

Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.

Conduct site visits, give demonstrations, and follow up with clients.

Maintain long-term client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

🔹 Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

✅ 1–3 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred)

✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills

✅ A passion for sales and client success
