Job Summary (Short Version):
This The role includes identifying potential clients, conducting property presentations, closing sales deals, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell off-plan properties to investors and end users.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Advise clients on investment options, payment plans, and ROI.
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.
  • Manage sales records and client data in CRM.
  • Achieve sales targets and represent the company at property events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 2–4 years’ UAE off-plan sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and market knowledge.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools; English fluency (other languages a plus).
  • UAE driving license and car preferred.
