Sales Associate - Russian Speaker

The Sales Associate is responsible for serving customers on the shop floor and answering their needs in a timely manner to ensure a high level of customer service and achieve optimum sales results.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered promptly and in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
• Assist customers in their purchase decision by helping them select relevant and appropriate products, offering proper advice and suggesting gift vouchers when applicable.
• Arrange and replenish the shop continuously, keeping the shop floor and shelves clean and tidy at all times.
• Watch for and prevent security risks and theft, escalating incidents to the hierarchy promptly to avoid loss.
• Perform physical and electronic inventory of shop products regularly as per company guidelines to maintain accurate stock keeping.
• Arrange and display received merchandise under the direction of the Merchandiser/ Shop Manager; change tag prices during promotion periods or as needed.
• Take measurements for necessary alterations, assign price according to the price list, fill the alteration book, and notify the tailor of any amendments.
• Up sell and cross sell products and services to reach hourly and daily sales targets.
• Inform the Department Manager of unavailable and non performing products.
• Merchandize products under appropriate sections according to sales trends, release date, and the Department Manager's recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Russian is a must.
