About the Role :

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Cryptocurrency & Web3 Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the evolving Web3 ecosystem, combined with excellent sales and business development skills.

This role involves researching, identifying, and executing business opportunities within the crypto and blockchain space, as well as driving ecosystem sales to help expand our network and product reach. The candidate will also lead new business setups and partnerships within the decentralized technology domain.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Market Research & Analysis-

* Monitor and analyze cryptocurrency market trends, price movements, and blockchain developments.

* Identify emerging opportunities and technologies within the blockchain/Web3 ecosystem.

2. Lead Generation & Sales Development-

* Develop and execute lead generation strategies using digital channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, and crypto forums.

* Qualify and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline for blockchain-related products and services.

* Engage actively with crypto communities and participate in virtual and in-person events to network and generate high-quality business opportunities.

3. Business Setup & Ecosystem Development-

* Lead the end-to-end setup of new blockchain/Web3 business lines or ventures, including market research, partnership development, and operational planning.

* Develop and implement sales strategies focused on ecosystem selling—offering bundled blockchain solutions that integrate products and services.

* Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including developers, partners, investors, and end users.

4. Strategy & Execution-

* Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor offerings to position solutions effectively.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.

* Maintain CRM and sales pipeline with accurate forecasting, reporting, and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Experience :

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

* 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or ecosystem management within the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 industry.

* Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and DeFi/NFT ecosystems.

* Proven experience in business setup, partnerships, or ecosystem sales within tech or Web3 environments.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.

* Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

* Experience engaging with Web3 communities (Discord, Telegram, Twitter, crypto forums).

* Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
