Job Description: Business Development Manager-logistics and customs brokerage industry.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales/Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, specifically within the logistics and customs brokerage industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the logistics and customs brokerage sector./Shippining Freight
Establish and nurture relationships with current and potential clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, and marketing within the logistics and customs brokerage industry.
Strong understanding of the customs brokerage and logistics landscape in Pakistan.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Position Details:
Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Preference for candidates based in Karachi).
Commission structure based on business brought in, petrol allowance.
Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM).
