Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with qualified leads provided by the sales or lead generation team to close deals.
  • Conduct product demos, negotiations, and handle client objections professionally.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, pricing models, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handover of clients.
  • Follow up with potential customers via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to finalize contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the sales leadership team for continuous improvement of the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B/SaaS sales or as a Sales Closer.
  • Strong command of English with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Demonstrated success in closing mid-to-high ticket deals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs175,000.00 per month
