We are hiring a
Sales Closer / Business Development Manager
in Dubai who can win new business, control the sales cycle and close high-value deals.

What you will do

Win new business for our AI-powered revenue growth services across
restaurants, clinics, real estate and other SMEs
.

Own the full sales cycle:
outreach, meetings, discovery, proposals, follow-up, negotiation and closing
.

Qualify opportunities rigorously so we spend time only with
decision-makers who have budget, urgency and a clear revenue problem
to solve.

Communicate our value clearly, handle objections and defend our pricing and positioning without unnecessary discounting.

Maintain a
structured pipeline
in CRM with clear next steps, realistic close dates and transparent forecasting.

Work directly with the founders to shape offers, proposals and sales strategy as we scale in the UAE and beyond.
What you must bring
-
2–5 years B2B sales experience in the UAE
in one or more of: marketing, advertising, tech/SaaS, real estate, financial services, consulting or other high-value services.

A
proven track record of closing
deals (not just generating leads or “supporting” the sales team).

Strong qualification and objection-handling skills; you know when to push, when to reframe and when to walk away.

Excellent spoken and written
English
. Other languages are a plus.

High ownership mindset: you think commercially, operate independently and move fast.

Comfortable working in a
lean, performance-driven environment
directly with founders.

Already
based in the UAE
with a valid visa or visit visa and able to work full-time in Dubai.
