Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited is a DIFC-based AI innovation firm that helps SMEs grow revenue using AI-powered marketing, lead generation and appointment-setting systems. We work with restaurants, clinics, real estate firms and other high-value service businesses that care about measurable sales outcomes, not vanity marketing.

We are hiring a  Sales Closer / Business Development Manager  in Dubai who can win new business, control the sales cycle and close high-value deals.


The opportunity

This role is built for a closer who wants both  DIFC-level exposure  and  serious upside :

  • Competitive  basic salary
  • Commission on closed revenue
  • Opportunity to earn up to AED 1,000,000 per year in bonuses  for achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets (top-performer upside, not a theoretical number)

What you will do
  • Win new business for our AI-powered revenue growth services across  restaurants, clinics, real estate and other SMEs .
  • Own the full sales cycle:  outreach, meetings, discovery, proposals, follow-up, negotiation and closing .
  • Qualify opportunities rigorously so we spend time only with  decision-makers who have budget, urgency and a clear revenue problem  to solve.
  • Communicate our value clearly, handle objections and defend our pricing and positioning without unnecessary discounting.
  • Maintain a  structured pipeline  in CRM with clear next steps, realistic close dates and transparent forecasting.
  • Work directly with the founders to shape offers, proposals and sales strategy as we scale in the UAE and beyond.


What you must bring


  • 2–5 years B2B sales experience in the UAE  in one or more of: marketing, advertising, tech/SaaS, real estate, financial services, consulting or other high-value services.
  • proven track record of closing  deals (not just generating leads or “supporting” the sales team).
  • Strong qualification and objection-handling skills; you know when to push, when to reframe and when to walk away.
  • Excellent spoken and written  English . Other languages are a plus.
  • High ownership mindset: you think commercially, operate independently and move fast.
  • Comfortable working in a  lean, performance-driven environment  directly with founders.
  • Already  based in the UAE  with a valid visa or visit visa and able to work full-time in Dubai.
