Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with customers for inquiries, quotations, order processing, and delivery updates
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proformas, and related documentation
  • Maintain and update customer records, pricing details, and sales databases (CRM/ERP)
  • Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales reports and KPI dashboards
  • Communicate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, finance, store) to ensure smooth execution of customer orders
  • Track and ensure timely collection of payments and delivery fulfillment
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and calls for the sales team
  • Handle after-sales follow-ups, complaints registration, and coordination for resolutions
  • Manage stock inquiries and coordinate with warehouse for product availability

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), and experience with CRM/ERP software
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
