Job Description

Provide appropriate solutions by analyzing customer demands and needs
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
Communicate effectively to increase customer satisfaction
Optimize sales processes by using skills such as Analysis, Analytical Thinking, Financial Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Data Analysis
Acquisition of new customers and strengthening existing customer relationships
Follow and report market trends by conducting Marketing Analysis
Effectively manage call center processes
Improve service quality by evaluating feedback
Prepare and present sales reports to management
Encourage collaboration and information sharing within the team

Job Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Coach
Advanced communication skills
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Customer-oriented working approach
Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Aptitude for teamwork
Goal-oriented work discipline
Ability to make effective and quick decisions under stress
