Position: Sales & Community Outreach Specialist

We’re looking for an outgoing, polished, and relationship-driven Sales & Community Outreach Specialist to represent Woodland Sage Home Care throughout the Las Vegas community. You will be the face of our agency — building trust with referral partners, generating high-quality private-pay leads, and creating strong connections that help families get the care they need.

Key Responsibilities Community Outreach & Networking

• Build relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, rehab centers, hospital units, and senior living communities
• Conduct weekly in-person visits to hospitals, rehabs, SNFs, and medical offices
• Attend networking events (Spotlight, NIA, Alzheimer’s Association, Chamber events, etc.)
• Represent the agency at vendor fairs, community events, and senior expos

Lead Generation & Sales

• Generate new private-pay and post-op leads through consistent outreach
• Educate families and referral sources about home care services
• Follow up rapidly with incoming inquiries
• Schedule and support in-home assessments when needed
• Track leads, referral activity, and follow-ups in CRM/Google Sheets

Brand Representation & Marketing

• Distribute brochures, flyers, and marketing materials across targeted locations
• Provide insights on community needs and partnership opportunities
• Support outreach campaigns and marketing strategies
• Maintain a professional, warm, and polished brand presence at all times

Requirements

• Reliable transportation for daily outreach (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend events
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, dependable, and proactive
• Experience in senior care, home care, home health, hospice, marketing, or healthcare outreach preferred but not required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
