Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant at EFU Life Assurance - Karachi Crescent Zone, located in Karachi. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, providing financial product consultations, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Consultant will also ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service by addressing inquiries and providing tailored solutions to meet clients' requirements.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify and propose suitable plans for clients.

Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction through personalized support.

Effective Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of financial solutions.

Motivation to work in a target-driven environment and ability to build lasting client relationships.

Previous experience in the financial or insurance industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
