Responsibilities

• Perform outbound and handle inbound calls to prospects using provided scripts and contact lists.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company promotions to customers.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture prospective clients.
• Record and maintain accurate customer details and call logs in the CRM system.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and objections in a professional manner.
• Transfer qualified leads to the sales team for further action.
• Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
