Customers found it challenging to avail quality services conveniently, and service professionals were struggling to make ends meet, having to rely upon several middlemen, contractors, and local aggregators.

To power this growth, we’re launching th e Sales Development Progr am – designed for young professionals eager to consult customers, offer creative solutions, and manage high-impact makeover projects.

As a Sales Consulta nt, you’ll be at the heart of this mission – turning customer aspirations into reality, bringing together consultative sales, customer relationship management, and hands-on project management. This is not just a job; it’s a launchpad for your career:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Managem ent: Be the single point of contact for customers during their home makeover journey.
  • Consultative Sa les: Understand customer needs, recommend solutions, and drive sales conversions.
  • Project Oversi ght: Coordinate execution with internal teams and professionals to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Team Coordinat ion: Guide and supervise service professionals to align on goals, timelines, and expectations.
  • Quality Assura nce: Uphold high standards of service and customer delight at every touchpoint.
  • Problem Solv ing: Address and resolve customer or project challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Performance Track ing: Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress, and sales metrics to fuel continuous improvement.
