Role Overview:

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying client needs, presenting property solutions effectively, and guiding transactions to successful closure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling residential and commercial properties from available inventory.
  • Conducting property tours, providing information, and negotiating offers on behalf of clients.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Providing professional advice and guidance on buying, selling, and real estate investment opportunities.
  • Generating and following up on potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong professional network to enhance business opportunities.
  • Staying up to date on market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
  • Providing clients with accurate and current market information.
  • Ensuring clients are informed about available properties, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients to stay aligned with their evolving real estate needs and provide ongoing support.
  • Conducting property demonstrations and arranging site visits to help clients visualize their potential investments.
  • Facilitating timely completion of real estate transactions, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are properly handled.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong passion for sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
