Sales Consultant - Emirati Talent - Abu Dhabi

We are seeking ambitious and outgoing Emirati Nationals to join our highly successful Mizzen Retail Team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities in the Luxury Sales Team:

• Use your exceptional product and brand knowledge to inspire customers and exceed their expectations by providing a luxury point of experience (we will give you extensive training on this).
• Ensure customer loyalty by building long-standing relationships and follow up with these clients through telephone calls, emails, cards and special announcements.
• Work as part of a high-performing team to meet and exceed the brand and store’s unique objectives.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

• A demonstrable passion and knowledge for luxury retail.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of high-end customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• An appetite for luxury client service.
• Fluency in both English & Arabic.
• An Emirati family book.
