Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their business setup needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present company services effectively and deliver compelling sales pitches.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients.
  • Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations, freezone and mainland options.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client advisory roles.
  • Background in business setup consultancy, big 4 companies, wealth management, private equity, investment, mergers and acquisitions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Knowledge of UAE company formation processes (mainland and freezone) preferred.
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Sales, or related field.
  • Native English speakers are preferred.
