Job Title: Sales Conversions Specialist – B2B SaaS
Location: Bangalore

About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Sales Conversions Specialist who can take warm leads, accelerate conversations, and convert them into high-quality paying customers. This role is for someone who understands the speed, discipline, and storytelling required in a B2B SaaS sales cycle — especially in the 0–1 and 1–10 growth phases.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Conversion & Qualification
· Convert inbound and demo-completed leads into active opportunities.
· Conduct high-quality discovery calls to qualify need, urgency, budget, and fit.
· Shorten sales cycle by driving faster decision-making from prospects.
2. Pipeline Management
· Manage a high-velocity pipeline across multiple stages with clarity and discipline.
· Ensure CRM hygiene: timely updates, tagging, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
3. Product Pitching & Demo Reinforcement
· Deliver crisp, compelling pitches aligned to the customer’s pain points.
· Reinforce value post-demo: ROI, case studies, feature advantages, integrations.
4. Objection Handling
· Proactively address pricing, process, integration, and feature objections.
· Work closely with Solutions/CS to bridge gaps and create conversion paths.
5. Follow-Up Excellence
· Execute intelligent follow-up sequences (calls, WhatsApp, email cadences).
· Ensure no warm lead goes cold — high persistence with professionalism.
6. Collaboration & Insights
· Work with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign targeting.
· Share customer insights to shape product roadmap and sales scripts.
Key Skills & Requirements
· 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably high-velocity, SMB or mid-market.
· Proven track record of 20–30% demo-to-close conversion (or equivalent KPI).
· Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
· Ability to understand tech workflows (HRMS, ERP, Fintech, or SaaS preferred).
· Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Freshsales, Pipedrive).
· Comfort working in fast-paced 0–1/1–10 environments.
· High ownership, responsiveness, and follow-through mindset.
