ABC Imaging FZ LLC is a leading advertising company specializing in creative signage and branding solutions. We are seeking a motivated and organizedSales Coordinator to support our sales operations. You will coordinate between clients, sales executives, and management to ensure smooth order processing, follow-ups, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate orders, deliveries, and client communications.
  • Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer data.
  • Assist the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide administrative support for sales and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with production and purchase team for smooth operation.
Skills Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role in Dubai.
  • Proficient with MS Office, PPT and basic office equipment.
  • Experience in advertising/signage is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outgoing personality with client relationship skills.
