Sales Coordinator

About the Role:

SourceTek is hiring a Sales Coordinator for its client, Chai Shai Ventures. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales operations, maintaining client records, and using our in-house software to manage daily activities on behalf of the client. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or a junior-level professional looking to grow in sales coordination and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth daily workflows.
• Use company software to record and track sales activities.
• Maintain accurate client and lead information in the system.
• Prepare reports and assist in tracking targets and performance metrics.
• Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and handle basic customer communication when required.
• Support the management team in executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client and sales data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software tools quickly.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented personality.
