Job Title: Sales Coordinator – HVAC Division Company: Salleria Engineers Location: [Gr. Noida ]Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Sales Manager / Director – Business Development

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will support the HVAC Sales Team by managing clients’ inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on proposals, coordinating order processing, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and customers. The role requires strong technical understanding of HVAC products and services, along with excellent coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide product information to customers.
  • Prepare techno-commercial quotations for HVAC equipment (e.g., AHUs, FCUs, HRW, VRF systems, ventilation systems, etc.).
  • Follow up with customers on submitted offers to convert leads into orders.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, CRM records, and tender documents.
  • Coordinate with the design/engineering team for selections, drawings, and BOQ preparation.
  • Assist the procurement/logistics team for order execution and delivery schedules.
  • Support the sales team for meetings, presentations, and documentation.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely submission of work orders, approvals, and billing documents.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, pipeline status, and forecasting.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide prompt after-sales coordination.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and deadlines efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
  • Team-oriented and proactive approach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or inside sales (Freshers with strong learning ability can be considered).

Work Environment

  • Office-based role with occasional client visits if required.
  • Collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Accounts teams.
