Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: SITE Super Highway Industrial Area, Karachi

Industry: Plastic, Color Masterbatch

Experience Required: 2–4 years in a similar role

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BBA / MBA preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate between internal departments (Sales, Production, Procurement, Dispatch, and Accounts) to ensure smooth workflow.

- Manage client communication, order tracking, and status updates.

- Prepare and process Sales Orders (SO), and ensure timely order execution.

- Use SAP / ERP system for data entry, order management, and reporting.

- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily / weekly sales reports.

- Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and client documentation.

- Follow up with clients for approvals, deliveries, and payments.
