Responsibilities:
- Entering order information into the company database.
- Sales order booking.
- Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products.
- Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales.
- Advanced sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales efforts.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members.
- Coordinate and follow up with other departments to ensure product availability.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Good communication skills are a must.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Candidate must be able to independently manage their time and tasks.
- Knowledge of SAP.
