Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales department by handling administrative tasks, coordinating group bookings, and delivering unparalleled service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage and organize the booking process for groups, meeting spaces, and banquet events.
  • Prepare and maintain contracts, proposals, and event details with accuracy.
  • Maintain updated records in the sales database, ensuring all client and event information is current.
  • Client Coordination:
  • Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are understood and fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Director of Sales in responding to guest inquiries and ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site sales inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Event Support:
  • Conduct site tours for prospective clients, showcasing the hotel's event spaces and amenities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (banquet, catering, housekeeping) to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Attend and participate in local sales-related events and networking opportunities to represent the hotel.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Uphold the hotel’s high standards of customer service at every client touchpoint.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Hotel experience preferred, with a focus on group sales and events.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel sales software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and poise.
  • Personality:
  • A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.

  • Availability:
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for events or client needs.
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
  • Expected Hours: 40 per week
