Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales department by handling administrative tasks, coordinating group bookings, and delivering unparalleled service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize the booking process for groups, meeting spaces, and banquet events.
- Prepare and maintain contracts, proposals, and event details with accuracy.
- Maintain updated records in the sales database, ensuring all client and event information is current.
- Client Coordination:
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are understood and fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Assist the Director of Sales in responding to guest inquiries and ensuring all requirements are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site sales inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Event Support:
- Conduct site tours for prospective clients, showcasing the hotel's event spaces and amenities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (banquet, catering, housekeeping) to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Attend and participate in local sales-related events and networking opportunities to represent the hotel.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Uphold the hotel’s high standards of customer service at every client touchpoint.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
- Hotel experience preferred, with a focus on group sales and events.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel sales software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and poise.
- Personality:
- A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
