Job Purpose: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our team in the engineering equipments manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for new lead generation, follow-up with old leads, working on quotations, and prospecting to increase sales opportunities.

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating and supporting sales efforts, ensuring seamless communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments Responsibilities: Lead Generation: • Proactively generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods. • Identify potential clients in industries that require our equipments from various industries (e.g. Chemical, Pharma, Water treatment, etc.) • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by researching and qualifying new leads. • Maintain call logs, record feedback, and schedule follow-up actions. Inbound Enquiry Calls: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. • Provide detailed information on products/services and resolve customer queries. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism. Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up: • Regularly follow up with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions. • Maintain detailed records of conversations and follow-up actions in ERP system. • Retap old leads and re-engage dormant prospects through calls or emails. Social Media Calls: • Monitor and respond to inquiries, comments, or concerns on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). • Follow-up on leads generated on these social media platforms. • Engage with customers and prospects in a friendly and professional manner. Provide real-time support and ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries. Quotation Making: • Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements and inquiries. • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure accurate pricing and product details. • Follow up with customers on quotations and convert them into confirmed orders. Customer Relationship Management: • Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive business growth. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and problem resolution. • Resolve any queries or issues from clients promptly, working closely with the relevant internal departments. Ad Hoc Task: As per Requirements Requisite Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong ethics and reliability. • Proficient in MS Office. • Proactivity. • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting. • Time management and multitasking skills Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Relevant Experience: • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or business development, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors. • Experience in generating new business leads and managing customer relationships. • Knowledge of the tanks or equipment fabrication industry is a plus.
