About the Role:
Sprinpak Manufacturing LLP is looking for an energetic and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support us in client communication, lead generation, and order coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through calls, emails, or from B2B portals like IndiaMart.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and prepare quotations.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
• Work closely with production, prepress, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and order status.
• Prepare and update sales reports and support documentation.
• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, lead generation, or client servicing (preferably in packaging or manufacturing).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or ERP software.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
