Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

  • Call Online Enquiries, exhibition databases to set up meetings for the Sales Team.
  • Research and collect new databases for calling.
  • Reach out to existing customers for follow-ups, surveys, promotions.

· Effectively communicate product/service/ company information and benefits.

  • Document all call details in the company CRM/software.

Inbound Calls:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and address concerns.
  • Document all call details in the company CRM/software.

Customer Service:

  • Conduct feedback calls post-installation and record issues or complaints.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments.

Data Entry & Documentation:

  • Enter customer information and interaction details accurately into the system.
  • Maintain organized records of all customer interactions.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills. English and Hindi
  • Confident in communication
  • Ability to handle challenging clients calmly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent typing speed
  • Quick learner for CRM and internal software tools.
  • Knowledge of other languages are add Ons

Ideal Background / Suitable Profiles:

  • Customer Service Executives with call center experience.
  • Telecallers / Telemarketing Executives from retail, real estate, or technology sectors.
  • Sales Support Coordinators with strong communication and data management skills.
  • Graduates with experience in BPO, Inside Sales, or Client Coordination or Marketing executives roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
