We are looking for a
Sales Coordinator
to support our Sales team by managing administrative processes, handling customer interactions, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Manage
credit customer creation and contract documentation
accurately and on time.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of cross-functional support requests.

Handle
administrative tasks
, maintain updated data, and ensure documentation accuracy.

Manage
invoice submissions
via mail or customer portals within agreed timelines.

Respond promptly to customer
inquiries, purchase orders, complaints, and requirements
.

Update and monitor
credit limits and pricing
as per approval and within SLA.

Ensure compliance with
workplace safety and health standards (HSSE)
and report any incidents or unsafe conditions.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in
sales coordination or customer service
.

Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
and familiarity with
CRM tools
.

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
-
Customer-centric mindset with high attention to detail and accountability.
Desirable:

Experience in the
water or FMCG industry
.

Knowledge of
SAP system
.
-
Fluency in
Arabic
is an advantage.
