Sales Coordinator

We Shakti Equipments Pvt. Ltd., are into Rent, Sales & Service of Aerial Work Platforms [Boom Lift, Scissor Lift], Cranes & Telehandlers.

We’re seeking a results-driven inside sales executive to join our team with the Right Attitude towards Customer Service & satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and manage a sales pipeline through to close.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals that meet customer needs and company goals.
• Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.
• Manage follow-up processes to keep leads engaged and moving through the sales pipeline.
• Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the company’s products and services.
• Maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate customer and sales data.
• Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Following up with prospects to build relationships and convert them into long-term customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Preferred Mechanical Engineer.
• Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the equipment rental market and the needs of construction projects is beneficial.
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
• Experience in customer relationship management and using CRM software Like Salesforce & Tally.
• Understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
• Knowledge of GST & E-Way Bill Issuance.

Salaries & Benefits:

• Salary Range is Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- per Month CTC.
• Final salary will be subjected to Candidates Interview.
• Salaried on Company Payroll.
• All Labor Law Benefits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
