Inside Sales & Cold Calling:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, generate new business opportunities, and follow up on leads.

Partner Management:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with active partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.

Sales Coordination & Operations:

  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and manage the operational aspects of the sales process, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, follow-ups, and timely delivery.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Track and document all sales activities, meetings, and outcomes using the CRM system.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager.

Flexibility in Travel:

  • Be willing to travel within the UAE and internationally as required for business development, client meetings, and partner collaborations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development (preferably in B2B sales).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term business relationships.

  • Self-driven with a high level of initiative, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.

  • Willingness to travel within the UAE and internationally as needed.

  • Previous experience in sales coordination or operations is a plus.
