Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in a dynamic real estate development environment. The ideal candidate will assist in managing sales operations, coordinate between departments, and ensure the smooth execution of sales processes. This role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team with preparing and distributing sales documentation, contracts, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and coordinate with the sales team to provide accurate information.
  • Coordination and Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, including marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, site visits, and customer follow-ups.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and manage sales agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Generate regular sales reports, tracking performance against targets, and provide insights to the sales manager.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Support the sales team in nurturing leads and converting them into clients.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and suggest improvements to sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in real estate development.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with real estate CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
