Sales Coordinator – Generators & UPS Systems

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Power Solutions division in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Generators, UPS Systems, and related power equipment, with strong expertise in estimation, quotation preparation, and client coordination.
This role involves close collaboration with clients, suppliers, and the internal sales and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate proposal delivery, project follow-up, and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare estimates, quotations, and technical-commercial proposals for Generators, UPS, and Power Backup Systems.
• Coordinate with the engineering and procurement teams to obtain prices, technical data, and delivery timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients to clarify requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Track and follow up on quotations and project inquiries until order finalization.
• Maintain organized records of quotations, inquiries, and customer communications in CRM or ERP systems.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for updated pricing and product availability.
• Support the sales team with technical documentation, submittals, and tender requirements.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and assist management in forecasting and pipeline tracking.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the sales, logistics, and service departments for order execution.
