Sales Coordinator- Insurance

Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day sales and business development activities.
  • Track incoming leads, inquiries, follow-up actions, and negotiations.
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of sales performance, targets, and reporting data.
  • Liaise with operations and customer service teams to ensure client requirements are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, sales calls, and client visits for the business development team.
  • Manage and maintain sales quotations and client onboarding documentation.
  • Keep customer databases and segmentations updated and well-organized.
  • Respond to client inquiries professionally and in a timely manner, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance, pipeline status, and potential business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Female, Arabic nationality preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or business development support.
  • Background in the Banking or Insurance sector preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken).

Package: QAR 5,000 – 6,000 (based on experience)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
