Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support day-to-day sales and business development activities.
- Track incoming leads, inquiries, follow-up actions, and negotiations.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales materials.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales performance, targets, and reporting data.
- Liaise with operations and customer service teams to ensure client requirements are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, sales calls, and client visits for the business development team.
- Manage and maintain sales quotations and client onboarding documentation.
- Keep customer databases and segmentations updated and well-organized.
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and in a timely manner, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance, pipeline status, and potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Female, Arabic nationality preferred.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or business development support.
- Background in the Banking or Insurance sector preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
Package: QAR 5,000 – 6,000 (based on experience)
