Sales Coordinator @Ralph's Kitchen

We are hiring for the Sales Coordinator role for our Dark Kitchen brand in Dubai.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Cost & Inventory Executive to manage invoicing, cost control, and inventory operations for our F&B business. The ideal candidate will work closely with the finance and operations team to ensure accurate recording of daily sales, efficient purchasing, and timely month-end reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and process invoices accurately in the system.
• Oversee cost control, inventory management, and purchasing in coordination with Nimesh and Ana.
• Monitor and verify daily sales reports, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Assist in preparing and reconciling month-end financial and operational reports.
• Track and maintain accurate stock levels to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Support audits and implement best practices to maintain cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely purchase and delivery of goods.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience in cost control, inventory, or finance within the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of F&B costing, purchasing, and inventory systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with POS/inventory software.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
• Strong reporting and data analysis abilities.
• Ability to multitask and meet reporting deadlines.
